Just curious what some of you do to keep fit and avoid work related injuries(hahahah - I'm actually serious). Personally I don't do anything and my wrists / elbows / fingers often throb after a LONG day of work. I should start stretching and I"d like to and hopefully I will soon. Just curious what some of you do to keep fit and not pay the price for excessive hours on a computer. Thanks
I dont do anything I sit on PC continuously for 13-14 Hours a Day ya I get all sort of pain in my Wrist and also Ass
I run a few miles a day, and my wife and I eat very healthy (she is pregnant)...I used to ride my bike several miles a day, but a lack of trails where I lived forced me to turn to running...
LOL! I have a feeling alot of people are going to admit the same thing lol. It's just to easy not to get up and do anything and suddenly it's sleep time.
seriously, a good idea to avoid RSI is to buy a pair of those squeeze plier thingies, they help a lot in fact, I'm going to use them right now!
I used to ride my bike and play basketball, but not any more, i tell myself I should get back to it, but there is always something in the way. I will do it though, during the next couple of months.
