    BH techniques?

Any idea as to why Ardell shot back up to #2 after sinking just as quickly?

This thing has really drawn a ton of attention. I think the big benefit will be the education for everyone involved. I am in it for the fun and education.

You should talk to my friend Kevin from the Eco Preservation Society.
The answer is not yet, but there is talk about the danger of it here in Costa Rica.

HAHA, true that. I can sell it to you in Costa Rica as we speak :D

But seriously, anything 200 meters from the beach is called concession land in Costa Rica and you pay about 20 times as high taxes as for property more than 200 meters away from where the beach is.

So yeah, buy something a little further away, save some taxes and talk to me in 20 years about building you a resort. :D

I believe the best way to lower the ocean would be to build huge lakes in the middle of the deserts where we find the starving people of the world... These lakes would have ocean water pumped up to them filtering out the salt creating a fresh water lake with smaller lakes built beteen the huge lake and ocean the smaller lake could be use for fish and shell fish farming . The having a canal running from the huge lake back to the ocean... every 100 miles a dam would be built to create power to run the pumping stations while also creating electric for close by cities...

Around this huge lake the ground soil would become fertile and could grow crops and raise cattle...

The link in my sig explains more...

All the land I have is from 800m to 1300m. In the South of Honduras on the Gulf of Fonseco the beach is already pretty much eroded. In Honduras foreigners can't own beachfront property but there is a law that you can own 3/4 Mz in built up areas. Roatan, La Cieba and Omoa are pretty good.

That's a nice shot blogmaster. The central american property market is getting pretty hot. Costa Rica, Panama, Nicaragua and Honduras have some good deals.

Here's a few shots of some property I have down there and the 30,000 coffee trees I planted. The coffee I planted at 1200 meters which is a cloud forest. The first shot is attached to the property and I left it in Guamil. The cerro at the far side is mine also and about 800 meters.

Boquete is supposed to be real nice and coffee is at 161.88. That's a real good price. The cafeteros must be real happy in Costa Rica.
