Well i'm trying to put some info together for my boss. The great mall will be up and running by 2010. Biggest mall in America and also has a amusement park ;-). What food related franchise do you think would be best to have in this mall? I was thinking maybe a Starbucks and a krispiekreme combined. The traffic at this mall will be godly. People will travel from all over the world just to shop. Anyone have and ideas on how much it would be for both of those? Or even profit in a year? I'm up for any suggestions.
If your project is aimed to be the biggest mall in America I don't see the point limiting food-related franchises when you have a selection of them to match different audience's preferences.
