He has gone very quite, I was supposed to be setting up 2 websites with him but then he was never online!

Got a lot of work on at the moment and a new girlfriend so time is short!

Jsut out of interst anyone else noticing a profits drop? gone up 2000 clicks last month but profits dropped by 10%

 

Profits have remained steady for me, infact in some areas of my business they have increased! Has anyone noticed a huge number of Indians now use this forum? And almost every thread in the general chat section is started by an Indian newbie, and it is usually a stupid question, or does not make sense?

 

I was quite suprised, i've been quite busy and burried myself in a hole etc. And came back and noticed the same thing. Sucks for me as they can undercut all my rates as a programmer

Same with web design. Generally though the client gets what they pay for.

Still, $50 for a fully coded website with PSD is just ridiculous!

 

Got admit, I got 8 website designs done (not coded) and it cost me $160! Stupid price but even I have to admit the quality was amazing, exactly what I asked for.

Then again there are some who can barely talk english

Ah well, I still make money, if the Indians are happy making $1 an hour so be it

 

I work for $16 an hour if times are hard or work is seriously simple, although that's not worth the £8 it was at one point

 

Shame the pound is so weak compared to the dollar now, used to be able to get some good deals

My hosting bill has gone up? I had a lot of interest in the pound going down. I had a lot of faith in the government doing a big mess up (basically like the last 11 years of the UK) but no they did something semi-ok.

Woah, hang on. There are plenty of literate and intelligent Indians on-board DP, but you can't deny that the remaining percentage often don't get along with the English language.

And remember, this is an English speaking forum, we're meant to communicate in English!
