    Not really, but what I do know is that a email has no legal value in the country I live. If it is really by Google, I should recieve an official letter with proof that I accepteded. Otherwise it has no legal value.

    If they can find my email, they can find my post address. It is not possible to have whois guard on .NL domain names. As a copy of you identification and proof of residence not older than 3 months is requerd to register a domain name.
