What the hell? Are you one of those who got banned for breaking TOS and got mad because you made $600 that you never got?

Google Owns. I don't know why people would do such things.

 

That would hurt us more than it would hurt Google, IMO. In fact, it would barely hurt Google at all.

 

Gotta love it when the person doesn't even list his grievances LOL Come on, give us something to work with here.

Keeping in mind this would hurt Shawn's bottom line, it seems highly unlikely and like a worthless thing to do. Banning Google to make a statement makes little to no sense, all it does is hurt the people that are here for various reasons, and everyone here tends to like to be on Google's good side because that's where a large portion (Unless you're from China) of the worlds organic traffic will come from. Just learn to play by the rules and realize that a frivolous boycott will be to no avail.

 

Ok, sounds like a plan. Would you like to compensate my $10.000/month adsense earnings when i stop using adsense?

I respect all of your comments, didn't mean to start a flame (honestly!), and no, I haven't been banned from Adsense.

I'm just very disappointed with the way Google is conducting its business these days.

...just look around this forum, and see what they are doing to some people.

That's all I was trying to say.

I was reacting to the stories of several DP'ers who have lost $000's without any reasonable explanation from the big G.

Jeez - it aint easy having a social conscience lol

It really helps when everyone has a clue what the problem is or what your issue is or why you are making the statement, that's all I was saying. Thus my "give us something to work with" statement.

I mean, if I walked in here and posted something that simply said: "That's it, let's all boycott United Airlines" you would all look at me like I had gone off my rocker...and probably take serious issue with posting something that far off-topic

Social Consciences are fine, we just need to know what the beef is. Problem with a lot of these "I've been banned for no apparent reason" threads is that there often probably IS a reason, just that the poster isn't willing to admit that he thought he could get away with clicking his own ads. I'm sure there are a few legit publishers who HAVE been banned for no apparent reason, but I'm willing to bet that they are the minority of the posts.
