The Google News Cycle

    Seems to me whenever there is an industry gathering... Google breaks a new product.

    Or significant competitive movements... they announce. They hold off to wait for strategic timing.

    It's getting kinda predictable in my books, as someone who deals with media every day of the week in the month of November (a seasonal issue we are the authority site for).

    If you look at what audience Google speaks to when it breaks news.... and the relationship with it's competitors...

    The answer to the question... what would PR (public relations) people for a primarily word of mouth company be cooking up / how would they stay employed...?

    Man alive there is strategy and PR stuff up the yin yan going on for this company... and they are sooooooooo good at it, it all just seems natural.

    Anyone not feeling natural about the Google grab ass that seems so casual and goes on all the time... anyone else see it coming?
