Maybe not........but just to catch you attention that Sperse is out with their New Look and Feel that just makes you addicted to their meta Search.
Well I mostly go there to check the cheapest Gas Price in my town with their new widget on the homepage. Check it out.. and tell me what you think about the new Sperse compared to the old design they had..Also do you think, it can Kill Google and or other Major Search Engines and Meta Search Engines in future???

Design-wise, the 'web' button on the search results page overlaps with the shading bar, which looks kind of weird.

The reason why there is so much buzz around it, is the fact that too many people exploit and overuse the term SEO. A few simple rules from my experience:

    1. Your domain name, index title and H1 have to contain your major keywords but they should not be identical.
    2. Original and regularly updated content.
    3. No meta keywords.
    4. Quality back links contained in anchor text.
    5. Google XML sitemap.
    6. Focusing on a narrow thematic niche.

No sir. There will never be a search engine to alter Google's current position. Beside, all the features it has got on the front page can be added to Google via the 'customized Google' option which you can activate after what you log with your Gmail account if I can remember well.

    Skiv,

It would be nice if your posts were not just self-promotion disguised as if you are a user of an up and coming search engine. If you own it, then admit it. This is from your site:

--Sperse was started by Shiv Kapoor, Founder and current CEO of the company.

Name looks pretty familiar to your forum name, wouldn't you say? Also, I love it when you said this in your thread:

"Well I mostly go there to check the cheapest Gas Price in my town with their new widget on the homepage."

So, are you saying you mostly go to visit your own search engine just to check gas prices? You are a fool and a big one at that. I wish you luck, but you are your own worst enemy.

And please DO NOT TAKE US FOR FOOLS in the this forum. This is our home and if you want to be part of it, treat us with a bit of respect and transparency in your agenda or leave.

Edit: Also, your advertising link is broken - see here - http://sperse.com/info/advertising (it might be smart to fix these things if you want to be taken seriously).....:)

Google is too big at the moment. It is in its primes, with their services being opened up all around the shop/internet. Nothing can kill Google unless you dropped bombs on all of their datacentres... even then they'd probably have backups hidden up somewhere. :p
