good contains always made by webmasters knowlage and seo is part of webmasters own knowlage .if i dosnt have any seo knowlage i can cant able to put my contains to othors .
Its not bad if webmaster use keyword rich content.after all content should be good if you want to get ranking in serp.

you said about bad SEO.that people go with keywords and all that stuff to get traffic.But what does that eventually get what they what.The best SEO tip that i can have is get a quality content and a digg to every post for submission.And that will do everything.
SEO is a investment for tommrow it gives good results in long term and its good whereas it can take a lot of time on ranking sites its bad and need lots of patience
