I haven't login to my ebay account for awhile and the email that I used was no longer accessible because I changed the ISP. Then when I contacted them, they told me similar thing like this. I was like: do these people have a brain?
I just tried using the 'mail' feature in CJ for the first time. Have you tried this? Click mail and then you can select the affiliate program you want to send a message too.... maybe this will help?
