Today, more and more people are idle, reluctant to read, and more and more popular is the content presented by video movies (YouTube) or sound recordings (a huge success of audiobooks and speech synthesizer). Following this trend pledged I think about introducing such modern solutions to create a forum for discussion and create an audioforum or videoforum, where users do not have to constantly tap on the keyboard, but could express their views in a more natural way, by recording the webcam or speaking to microphone, but these options should be available directly from the forum, when you click the "New thread" button shouldn't be text box, but the panel with buttons for direct recording sound / image. After talking to some it comes much easier to not write and can thus more easily provide much more information, opinion, emotion, without any effort. I think this will be a future of discussion boards - we will not read forums' topics, but we will listen it and watch. What you think about this idea? Would such solution exist just in real? Ist it posiible in present time to build a similar system? Sorry for my English.
I am convinced I've seen something like this already. Audio forums... Now I cannot remember where, but I'm sure I've seen this! I'm not too keen on it. But then again Andy Warhol said in the 70s that everyone will have their 15 minutes of fame, and look at the world today.... Youtube, Reality shows, etc. Everyone's getting their celebrity appearance!
And does anybody knows any scripts that allows recording audio online directly on the website and save it on server?
I think its a innovate idea but years ago..isn't that what Cam websites are? where you can just link up and chat.. not to mention the 1-800 numbers to meet people in your area.
