the future of maps.live.com?

    Since live.search has been replaced with Bing, the maps.live.com (= the equivalent of google maps and driving directions at microsoft) is no longer active (error 404).

    Does anyone know whether it will be included shortly in Bing or it will be discontinued ?

    It is quite annoying that Microsoft left a large section such as maps.live.com with a 404 error, without further notice. Probably a lot of sites have links to maps.live.com.
