the future of 4 characters domain ?

I’m thinking about invest in some of the 4 characters domain. Is that a good ideal?

it still depends on the name itself. I also registered a 4 letter domain for myself.

Sure 4 character domains are worthwhile. But focus on:

- 4 letter domains - only about 15% of possible combinations are not registered. As remainder are registered values will increase.
- good quality letters - Q, X and Z in particular lesser quality letters.
- pronouncable names - although with the few name remaining combinations left - that's increasing difficult.

It is not this extreme, but random CCCC.com must be almost worthless..

 

4 letter is getting some exposure.

4 character still have to see what is in future.

 

The more scarce it becomes the more the price will be.
But it will take some time. But, instead of regging any random cccc.com, check if you can find some ones with pronouncibility, or any SYNONYM. Also look at the expired domain names, you might find some good one.

There are 2 schools of tot...they "Aye" (YES School) and the "Nay" (NO School)
No harm investing in some 4 Letter LLLL ( not just any 4 char) as number available is dropping ...especially if you can get them close to Reg fee.
Also if you have to get LLLL, get pronounceable ones 'cos they are rarer and also 'cos you can brand them more easily. (I am not saying this 'cos I have a bunch of prononunceable LLLL that I am clearing for $11 each by the way)

 

Please Register 4 letter domain but you must check the letters combination otherwise i can give you many worthless 4 letters domains which is available for new registration...

My advice is that always pick the best LLLL.com currently avaiable. You won't risk losing your investment short term.

If I random choose my four letter domains registered last year and about to expire, 90% chance I can get twice my registration fee back easily.

If you look out long term, say two years, I think you won't lose if you pick anything, as very high chance that four letter domains will be out by that time.

Hey Guys I have some NNNN.ORG Domains do you think they valuable ? in the future ?

 

I believe domains are only worth what they can be used for. For example, if you have VOTG.com, that could be used as an acronym for "video on the go." Random 4-letter domains will not have as much value as a quality one or two word domain, in my opinion.

I hope not from automatic appraisal sites

I will say something else
We expect in 1-2 the random letter/chars of 3 chars to reach $250 so if the ixld doesn't represent something valuable then i should be happy if i can sell it with $100 right now
