Jason, I also have the same problem again as dicussed this morning by PM - was all working fine again after this mornings problems, but now I cannot access anything at all - and its been like that for around an hour or so now.

Fingers crossed it can all be back up working again soon.

Jason see we understand that there can be prblems and outages as hosting is not magic..!! But we would appreciate that it shud be as less as possible.
Also the current status of the services do not go alng with your reputition here on DP...
I am sure u also must be not liking wats currently happening.... but plz solve this at once as we to have to answer the host bellow us...

 

Ok the issue this morning with the network was a caro issue with there upgrades we have that on our announcement page for the last week what was going to happen and when so that issue everyone should have been aware of..

The issue now is the server techs turned the development mode off for apf, to stable mode on, at this time when they did the the server went down so they messed up the firewall again for the 2nd time this month.. We are working on this now and do apologize for their mistake on this once again.. This is twice that they have rendered our server unavailable and we do apologize for this And are working on getting this resolved asap. We are very disappointed in this as this is at no fault ours or yours.

We do want to state : Yes this is unlike our server. Thank you for your patients.
