Are you using shared or reseller? Been with them for about 2 weeks - Haven't had any complaints from visitors about it being down or slow.

 

Why dont you check you dns... you never edited your dns in the server when you created your custom name servers that will cause issues.

you can not have your domain registry say one thing and the server say another.

NS records got from your nameservers listed at the parent NS are:

ns2.usahostingcafe.info ['76.76.11.112'] [TTL=6400]
ns1.usahostingcafe.info ['76.76.11.111'] [TTL=6400]

you can not have these different or it will appear down for you and your customers sometimes....

I just want to post a testimonial about the INCREDIBLE IwhiC customer service. I recently moved to a VPS (an awesome price by the way) and I has lots of problems, not because of IwhiC, but because I can be incredibly stupid at times and there were many things I didn't know how to do. Also, someone decided to hack one of my sites during the move.

The IwhiC staff went WELL out of their way to assist me with things which other hosts would have left me to figure out on my own. Couldn't set up nameservers for myself? IwhiC staff member Aimee (a brilliant girl) agreed to sort it out for me. Needed cUrl installing? IwhiC staff member Jason got that going.

For brilliant pricing, great customer service and speedy service at that, look no further than IwhiC! (And no, I haven't been paid to say this!)

 

I have 3 VPS servers with Iwhic, no complaint with their service, any hosting service could have server down, realistically you won’t found 100% up anywhere, their down time is very minimal and they resolve problems quickly and nicely, yes Jason and Aimee are awesome!

 

It is down for all my friends also.

The problem is I want to go to iwhic.com and submit a support ticket.. but I can't because the site is down?

omg... doesn't any one have any Patience in this world now days
I feel sorry for ya IwhiC I feel your pain when my servers have problems
and for some reason all my clients notice at once and start bugging me to fix it while I am working on it...In the long run Clients that don't have any Patience just slow you down because you have to reply to then...But I guess its always good to let your clients know whats going on at the moment.

My site down at this time. Both IP 76.76.11.111 and 76.76.15.167 is down. I can ping or access anything.

How you explain this? Sorry i must do this because i can't open support ticket since your site is currently down too.

The whole http://caro.net/ network is a having a issue. I have no idea to the problem as there site is down to. PLEASE be patient it just went down 7 minutes ago.
