If you haven't yet, pick a site that odds are they got a lot of ads for, instead of looking at quality. I got denyed the first time, then tried a video game site with a 19th century layout (BC 1996) and that got me in!!
ur not the only one dont worry Chitika refused one of my sites as well with over 8000 uniques / 140k impressions a day (oh well its their loss)
