I already spend so much time on a post, have you seen how I've gone on?

At my rate I could have been making $10 from my posts here.

I have an project on my plate, to boot. Fortunately, I'm nearly done.

I'll try to doublespace more, but, really, I like it compact.

All the better to quote by.

I don't really get annoyed, I just laugh. There is poor writing all over the internet because the relative ease of creating one's own website today. I just take it in stride and realize that those of who can write have a true gift and the bad writing out there is why we have jobs!

Making several spelling errors in a headline is what bugs me the most.

Language is for one purpose, and one purpose only: communication. Incomprehensible writing is not literature.

Good writing can change minds. Great writing can change the world.

Good writing is comprehensible writing. Great writing is comprehensible, coherent, and error-free writing.

Surely you shouldn't be all that annoyed with writing mistakes. All of us are not from the uk or usa or from someplace where english is our number uno language. I do agree it gets way too much sometimes but then again, if the content is that damn good I know I will ignore them small buggers and thank the author. Quality content necessarily is NOT the direct result of good grammar and punctuation. I am extremely sorry if I made any grammatical or any other of em annoying mistakes for all of you to read, but I am who I am and without em mistakes, It Will Feel So Damn Empty.... lol.

Improper capitalization is surely insidious. As far as random font sizes are concerned, most people use them for 'effects'. But, what irritates me most is the incorrect use of the apostrophe.

Grammatical and spelling errors is my vote. An awful lot of people do not understand possessive words or contractions. However, apparently that is often done intentionally to appease the SEO for the illiterate and the typing-challenged search engine users.

    It's grammar :)

Well, I must say, we tend to overlook our own grammatical mistakes at times. I admit that I find few mistakes in my own articles when I look at them after few days with fresh eyes. It is advised to sit on your articles before you make it ready to post. However, I don't mind using casual language and writing style in some personal blogs. In fact, I enjoy it sometime :p

My pet peeve is Loose vs. Lose. It angers me deep down in my soul and if I could incinerate the people responsible for this with my mind, I would.
