The Follow-up Phone Call ...

    I just receieved a call from one of the affiliate programs I applied for and am waiting to call back until I have a lot of knowledge that I wont get denied..

    So far I've learned there gonna ask

    1) Why you want to be an affiliate of theirs
    2) How you will be promoting their offers
    3) What you have experiece with
    4) What different programs or methods have worked for you (what kinds of PPC)
    5) Which of our offers will you be focusing on

    Can we generate a few answers on what to say for me and other beginners dreading their follow-up phone call?

    I'm actually an Affiliate Manager and those are definitely some of the questions you will receive. Here's a few suggestions I have in your answers:

    1. You see they are a respected company and have heard nothing but good things about them.
    2. You hope to promote their offers as long as you are turning a profit.
    3. (You'll have to list your own marketing experiences. Don't be afraid to tell them other companies you have worked with)
    4. (Again, name some of the companies you've applied to or worked with. If you've worked in certain affiliate marketing areas such as search engine marketing or incentive marketing feel free to tell them that!)
    5. You'll have to explore their offers to see exactly what they have, but for the use ***name affiliate marketing techniques you want to explore***

    Don't dread the follow-up call. Most companies just use it to see what experience you have and how much time they are going to have to spend with you. You'll be fine!
