The Final Realization 1.In 1990, I learned Quan-Yin Method ,which had the same tradition with Surat Shabd Yoga. In the practice, I found Quan-Yin Method had a deficiency. That was my propensity did not have much change. I still had bad temper. My mind filled with opression. Therefore, in 1998, I learned Vipassana. 2.The Vipassana, which I learned, came from the Myanmar Theravada tradition. Its main practice was to observe the sensation of our own body. In the practice, I found Vipassana had a similar deficiency. That was my mind still filled with opression. 3.In 2003, at Kaohsiung, I practised Anapanna and got into aberration . And Resulting in Insomnia and Phonism. I gradually jumped from the roof of five floor down to the ground of first floor, and to flee in disorder around the neighboring community, leading to the fracture of my right foot. 4.After the recovering of my right foot which went through the surgery and gypsum treatment,In order to conform to my own condition, I made some modification to both of Quan-Yin method and Vipassana. That is I replaced the Concentration on one point of the body with not Concentration on any point of the body. And continue practising through the Approach of taking the Phonism as Real . So as to avoid the similar accident. 5.In the progress of practice, I gradually realize the Interchangeability of both of a living thing and environment. For the purpose of maintaining the instinctive awareness of perpetual survival--- ie. The Dhyana Development: awareness, cognizing, and mind's observation. This requires momentarily to tune up both of the depth and width of meditation in accordance with the environment and the mind-body situation, ie. The relocation of the conscious energy and the wide-narrow level of observation. 6.Continuing the practice of the Approach of taking the Phonism as Real, I gradually realized the next progress, ie. The momentary tranquility, no struggling technique. 7.Owing to continuing practice, I gradually realized the further technique: Resonance---ie. The Consonance in harmony with both the stimulus of mind-body and environment. 8.Again owing to continuing practice, I gradually realized the pure Awareness---ie. The Coalescence. 9..........................
