Wonder how many of us still use the Free For All thing ... do you think it's worth submitting in FFA website? will it help us in the SERP ? or will it have negative results ? if you think there is a negative results ... then people would have submitted their competitors site ... what's your view on FFA ?
I don't think so it will giving you any kind of negative results. According to me it can help you to get ranking on SERPS and my dear friend if anybody want to spam in competitors site then there is lot's of way to do this but it's wrong and I don't thing so some one have extra time to do this all nonces
Yes I would agree. It is not good technic for promotion. You won't probably get any good amount of traffic Your links will disappear very fast Besides some negative effect may follow, that's true I think it's useless today
Your site can get links from any kind of sites but remember you wont reciprocate those bad sites from your website. If you get any link from FFA site and you also reciprocate that site from your own site then google may punish you. Other wise it is no harm at all... one more thing if your most of the links from FFA sites and you wont reciprocate those FFA sites then also your site get punish, because google follow trends and getting so many links from FFA sites is one of the trend.
Ignoring the horrible posts above.... Think of it this way, Google values links by quite a few different factors. When it comes to FFA you need to consider the dilution factor; this is how related to how many outbound links appear on one web page. This means the more outbound links appear on a web page the less value each link gets. So in theory a FFA would have so many different outbound links the value is little to none, hence not worth the effort.
For new general directories I would agree. If you find relevant niche directories it is worth your time to submit. I would not bother with FFA sites.
Hi, i think it's useless if your client wants no of links then you give him and for purpose of site promotion i think it's worth less.
