The favourite count is wrong, please help?

    Hello there, my favourite count on Twitter has been wrong for months now, ever since I used the fav cleaner tool.
    It says I have 8,628 favs while I currently have only 12 favourites.

    How can I solve this issue? How do I get my fav count correct?
