    The best way to get indexed and increase your search engine ranking is to get incoming links to your website from websites with a related subject matter. If the incomming links has the text you are trying to rank for as the "anchor text" of the link, it will help you to get indexed and thereby rank higher for that search term.

    It is possible to get indexed within 24 hours, I know because I have made it happen. The best thing to do is to bookmark all of your pages and posts, that is the fastest way to starting gaining backlinks.

    Other method i use everyday is go to google.com and type ADDURL, you will be able to submit your new site link to google to get indexed.

    I have read in some forums that submitting articles to ezine can help in fastest way of getting indexed even forum posting here in Digital point as well as other do follow forums can help too

    I heard uploading a video to youtube with your URL in the description will get you indexed extremely fast. Have yet to try it though, but it makes sense.

    Submit your URL in Top search engine Submission. Like yahoo, Bing, Google, Dmoz. Getting a link from a News site like BBC or IBN will help you in getting quick caching or indexing. Press Release and SMO are good way to get instant caching and indexing.
