    You can get indexed quicker than that with a high PR or any strong backlink.

    From my own experience I submit my blog in social bookmarking site and get indexed quickly within 24 hours. I'm sure that my first link is on social bookmarking so this could be the reason on why I get indexed quickly.

    I too use social bookmarking to get blogs indexed quickly, but lately i've noted that the rate of indexing is getting slower through this method. Is google getting smarter in this regards?

    Linking to already crawled site is the fastest way.. Forum is the best way.. within 3 hours you are indexed by Google...
