Anyone who can name me ANY cathegory where you submitted a site and got accepted in under 4 weeks gets me love (or I will bookmark your site at least to my delicious account or if I REALLY like the cathegory and can check that it is true give you like $15) ... better send them through PM, just in case some editors wanna feed their egos
Almost every category has had sites added that were never submitted, so every category is the "fastest" When I was an editor, I have added sites within minutes of being submitted (they came through while I was in the editors control panel). I have also left sites languishing in the pool for a long time because they just looked like crap (the submitted description was just marketing hype). I am intrigued as to why do you want to know re the 4 weeks for?
Well, I had and have sites with really high quality content, a nice looking design and no ads at all but never got listed. Since I'm setting up pages just for fun sometimes, I wouldn't mind creating one for whatever subject just for the single purpose to get listed in dmoz
Well my Washington State Web Development category moved very fast. I was accept in like 2 weeks, I think must have a veteran editor that keeps ontop this category. I think it goes without saying I am thrilled. -D
