I am planning to sell the website http://the-facebook-hack.com

I've been working on it for the past 3 months and finally i got a steady daily income, earning with cpa.
I rank in top 10 in google with plenty of keywords, in a niche of 150k+ exact searches.

Ranking #1 - #2 for 2 big keywords in google us and uk and still improving positions for the rest of the countries + ranking for other 120+ keywords with lower monthly searches.

What is included in the selling:
1. The website + domain with all the contents (this means database as well).

2. The facebook fan page: Fb hack fan page

3. The subscribers list (97 people) and still increasing.

4. The script for the facebook hack which is still under development. It is based on userscript, it does log when a person sings in from the facebook page.

To monetize the website i am using a content locker from adworkmedia, but plenty more ways to earn could be implemented. Adsense cpc is 1$, not to mention that i don't monetize from subscribers, fb fan page or the tool itself (you could sell it).

Why i am selling it?
I need to raise money for another big project of mine.

Average daily traffic: 652 visitors
Average earnings per day: 3.27$

The asking price is really too high for site earning $90/month from past just 3 months

 

What will the new owner do when Facebook asks for the domain to be handed over?

 

The same as the other few hundred thousand other facebook related domains.
Not to mention that we rank #2 in a 202 million competition or #1 in a 274 million competition.

 

Wow, you aim to high buddy. Your site is worth max 600$. I suggest you to change the price.

 

Right now website positioned to #1, #1 and keeps on growing, yesterday a new max of 1100 visitors was reached. Since i am not monetizing all except with a content locker this website has bigger potential for one skilled person who has more experience in marketing than i do.

Sorry but i doubt you will find any website for 600$ ranked for 2 keywords in big niches getting plenty of traffic just from SEO. If you'll find websites like this for 600$ pm me, i want to buy some as well

This website is earning 100$ per month and keeps increasing and it has bigger potential to rank for other keywords as well just that it requires more link building.

The niche overall just from my research has over 250k traffic potential and probably there is even more if you go analyze long tails as well.

 

I agree with everyone else your asking price is way to high i would pay a max of 600$ for this site
it doesn't seem to have much content the site is not a 3,200$ site and since your on #1 for facebook hack keyword and you making a max of 100$ month. You also have to ask would you pay $3,200 for your site no i would rather spend that money somewhere else that would make me a hell of a lot more profit than 100$ a month. All im saying is lower your expectoration's because noone will pay that kind of money for this kind of website
