The End of Website Flipping?

Well as we all know one of the best ways to make money is by 'flipping' websites. This is the process of buying a website cheap, getting traffic to the site, building revenue and then selling on the site for a much higher price!

But is it becoming harder to flip websites?

I recently attempted to sell a website on Flippa and I made NO profit!! The site sold for $200, but in the end $25 of that was taken by Flippa! If 25% of the value you sell for is being taken away then how are you supposed to generate any kind of profit?

There are sites such as here at DP where you can sell your website for free BUT they don't cater for the higher value websites!

I was just wondering what other peoples opinions were on the situation?

Its a major issue for people in the web flipping business! Flippa are going to go down the route of eBay where all they care about is the money
