    the problem with this is, everyone I have talked to believes that Yahoo was the much better search engine than Bing

    It proved Yahoo is better than Bing. Microsoft is in no way to regain the market share, I think.

    I think its a great move as far as market share is concerned, and in the end web users and web publishers will be benefited from this, which is a great aspect to watch out for in near future.
