The Emirates Gallastico Banned Case

Hello ,

I don't wont to provoke anything but Jason is a friend of mine and I have asked him on MSN why was he banned and he gave me the reason for duplicate accounts

The problem is that Jason joined on Sep 16th 2007 and the other dupe accounts we are speaking about have not been online for like 10 months.

Please Smyrl , this might happen to any of us in the future thats why I'm worried.

Personally I live in a country where almost all of us have the same IP's (because all of us are using VPN) so what will happen if someone will register here and has the same IP as me ?

Take in consideration to re-check his ban please as he was a respected member of DP and many of us would like to see him back

wow, I never knew that the EG was banned, but I have had dealings with this user in the past and can only confirm that I always found him to be a good, conscientious, honest, forthright, reliable member of DP.

I hope that for his case the ban is expedited in the shortest possible time, I understand the need for rules on a forum of this size and I have no doubt that he will be back amongst us soon!

EG is one of the some members i admire here in DPF and i would say that DPF management should look into this matter and get him back on board.

I have to admit The Emirates Gallastico is one of the forum members I have time for and I'm surprised to see he has been banned... but... if he was running duplicate accounts then he's broken one of DP's golden rules so I don't see any way back.

No he didn't break any rules (at least this is what he told me) and Im quite sure he didn't

 

Doesnt matter if his duplicate account was 10 months ago, he still had one.

 

If he had a duplicate account then it's unfortunate but those are the rules - duplicate accounts will get you banned. If it's as you seem to be saying, Olgi, that he's been banned due to the automated system picking up a dynamic IP address sometimes used by another member then perhaps it is something the Admin can look at, I don't know.

Might be the IP conflict with some other DP member as Jason is not at his place right now, he is in India.

wonder EG get banned, as reputable and trusted member thats unbelieveble.He is kind person, recently I got free usefull ebook from him.hope he will imediatly come again to DP.

 

Too bad, i've made deal with him in the past and he seemed like an honest and cool guy.
It's a shame he kept dupe accounts if that reveals to be true. :/
