The effect of "302 found" server response

Dear Friends, I have 2 questions please:

1-Some sites are linking to my pages like this example:
    http://www.totaltutorial.com/show-tutorial/4962/www-vs-non-www-the-pagerank-effect-and-the-solution/
For linking to my actual web page:
    http://www.tutorialsroom.com/tutorials/winnet/www_vs_non_www.html
When I checked the server response for the first link, it shows "302 Found" , so my question is: Could this type of linking affect my ranking? and if this was true, wouldn't it be easy for competitors to use this type of linking to harm you?

2-If you click on the first link, you'll see that my site is displayed in a frame within the other site, is there any way through .htaccess or php to prevent this?

Are you pulling our leg? the first link redirects to your other site.

You do have a server problem on that first site. I checked it twice and the second time the server didn't respond (or something).

In general it is not a good idea to have identical content on two pages. Get the first to 301 redirect to the second. That way the links to both pages will benefit your site. A link to a 302 page or a 404 page will not help your site much, won't harm it either though.

KH7 thank you for you reply, I am not pulling your leg for sure because simply I am not the owner of the first site (totaltutorial.com) other wise every thing would be easy!!!
I know that the first link redirects to my site (this is 302 response and it means moved temporarily) and that's what I am asking, my site is the second one while the first one is an example of the links that some OTHER sites are linking to my pages (the ones in the second domain). The way THEY link to my site pages is the way THEY choose, not me.
I hope every thing is clear now.
