Hello, What are the effective ways to do marketing to create awareness about MBA Sites to relevant people ? There are 1200 MBA Aspirants who have registered on our site aspiranthunt.com In the beginning , I did not have the MBA Forums and now i have launched the forum recently so I hope to invite those members once I have enough content on the forum. I hope that MBA forum will help me to keep the MBA Aspirants Active on our site. aspiranthunt.com/mba/forums/ My target for 3 months is to get 12000 MBA Aspirants on the board. Well I have a few ways of attracting some new aspirants. First you should create some eye catching videos giving away some helpful information to viewers in your niche. Don't try to just sell them into your forum straight away do a few videos without even mentioning your forum. Upload them to youtube and get some fans then start introducing your forum in some of your videos. You could also get a good reputation on some other forums, help people out, and over time do the same thing. Introduce your forums over time. Like right now you have 2 posts. By telling people your link I bet you are hoping a few people will go and sign up? Frankly I doubt many people will. They are two techniques which I use and seem to drive me quite a bit of traffic. There are others, but I don't have the time at the moment to go into those in detail. That sounds great but this I will be in position to do when I have formed a big team to work on aspiranthunt.com Whar are the other automation kind of thing one can do to reach good number of aspirants? For example, recently I have added feedwordpress plugin which autmatically fetch the contents from the blogs to your site. It has really helped me to get good traffic from google when people are searching for relevant keywords. I would like to do similar automated things. For example one could send private messages to MBA Aspirants who are regiseterd on relevant MBA forums I mean we can send message only once to create awareness not spamming many times. What do you say? Isn't in possible ?
Do some research on the 1200 you already have, look deeper that traditional ABC1 and try and find a good sourse to target people with simular profiles, interests etc.
