The Do-follow blog questions!

    hi,

I am new to this forum but I thought of making this thread about only do-follow blogs and their problems cause seeing all the questions solved in thread would be much easier for the people then looking all over the place.

Q1. I want to start by asking people that does it really matter if you comment on the same blog which has pages varying in pr. For eg:- one url has pr5 other has pr4 and you comment on both the pages. Will it still benefit our site when referring to link building or PR?

Q2. I also wanted to know that many do-follow blogs have a comment policy. The usually no-follow the comment signature so as to prevent spamming. What do you think should we comment on those blogs or not? Will we get quality back links and will it help in our Pr?

Also, It would be nice if more people ask their query in this thread and people who are experts in do-follow commenting etc help me as well as other people problems :)

    Thanks!

You mean for the same site! of 2 different sites. Cause I have seen same site having pages as high as pr6 and other pages having pr4.

I personally think posting comment on no follow blog is worth it as valuable and contributing comments divert traffic to your website.

Yes, I agree with you. I have heard people saying posting on no-follow blogs help's increasing SERP on search engines like yahoo,Msn etc.

But still people prefer do-follow blog why?

if you comment on relevant sites then you may get some traffic but for seo purposes its pretty much dead now

You mean to say that doing do-follow commenting is waste of time? Do you have any proof about that?

I did few do-follow blog comments for my site on high pr pages and in just three months my pr shot to 3 with out using or doing anything else!

Now give me a answer to that?

What happened when you got your PR3? the reason we seo sites and link build on them is ultimately to get a good ROI which in online terms generally means traffic and conversion of your product or service.

PM me your site example if you wish as well and id love to take a look
