    YUP .. Before this category and all it's subcategories was taken out from the PR calculation, it was 5.

    But it's nice to have PR at these categories now :)

    There have been like 5000 threads with this answer :)

    Use search man.

    Depending on :

    1. If the category has an editor or not. (If it has, faster inclusion usually)
    2. Is it regional or not (faster accepts usually)
    3. Tme since your submission. Usually it takes from 2 weeks (Romanian editors for ex.) to 2 years.
