    well there are many exchanger who exchange from PayPal to LibertyReserve or LibertyReserve E-currency to Paypal . not a big deal

    without exchangers? who funds these debit cards then? sounds scammy to me..
    you can buy multi e-currency debit cards from reputable exchangers, like I have one from eforexgold and not worry that your money will be gone.
