The Death Of ZML.COM

    So , the USA gov has cracked down on ZML.com.
    if you go there now www.zml.com you will see a nice message there.
    ZML.Com used to be one of the biggest movie download sites on the internet
    (around 4000 ranking on alexa) with hundreds of affiliate sites and clone sites promoting it.
    Their "legal" status was always foggy as they claimed that they operate under the
    laws of the "russian federation" and pay them licensing fee's..
    apparently this legal "loophole" did not hold water as the us government cracked down on the domain and probably many other affiliate and clone sites are going to suffer the same fate including copycat sites to the ZML.com concept.

    They've deserved it.

    The law has to be applied somehow for these guys that are making millions overnight using copyrighted material.

    these movie/tv show sites seem to have a short life span, i'm not really surprised

    ZML.com was alive for years and their affiliate program was very popular. A lot of affiliates lost a lot of money with them.
