    No, it isn't. It reads like a long sales pitch, even if it isn't one, and it's really long-winded.

    There were a few good points, but I had to skim through it. The intro was pretty bad...

    I'm willing to bet it is a pre-sales-pitch... the sales pitch will follow shortly, for sure.
