lol it works still, you just need to press the 'login' button manually for it to work, no big deal. I will say that now adding 150 friends a day gets many more image verification requests, so thats not good.

except that I see 5 profiles a week that have that S embedded, not to mention the 22.8 comments a week I get with the same S.

and I still think they should have a "security" page warning all those retreads out there that fall for these scams over and over and over shall i say again.
    tks, good enough :)

    I love this crap too:

hey maybe I'll get an email about a gucci bag in the next 12 minutes if I'm lucky

I'd rather be guitly of a tpyo than spamming. It's not anger, its frustration with spammers who try to rationalize what they are doing.

I know! funny how the 777 people who have sent me a free ifone (or similar) offer have all used the same picture of said item...hmmmm.
    frustration indeed :(

Does anybody else use friendadder? I was afraid that my program would stop working when the site went down, but so far the two accounts I was using have worked fine. However, I registered a 3rd account and it fails for every friend request sent. Just wondering if anybody has any ideas as to why this is happening since it logs me in with my account addy & password so it recognizes it as a working account.
    Thanks!

well if it's a new account, can you request by hand or no?

odd that it works for the other two and not the new one. myspace glitch? wait, that never happens

i got it to work. aparently myspace actually enforces that you respond to the email to confirm registration of a new account. i never had to actually do it in the past. i hate to ask this in a forum because I don't want to make it public but I don't know how else to find out....is there any bots that they havent shut down yet? Even if I can only get a week out of it I'd be happy.
    Thanks

Looks like MySpace is getting fed up of spam bots.
Well I wish good luck to them. Though they are going to have a hard time ;)

if myspace is so smart, why is spam just as prevalent(if not more so) with all the bots gone as it was pre-bot eradication????

    using phished profiles yet :rolleyes:

    mysp spam of the day:

I need to do a whois and then hire someone to pay that person a "visit" ;)

I saw that one when I was searching for crashed bot sites - never heard of it prior to that - but the 'legal' kind of made me chuckle :D

Just like the "free & LEGAL" mp3 download sites :p :p

read the fine print: this site is neither legal nor free

thanks for that eastercoffeeforfree link just goes to show you who it is that is phishing look at the source of that page it is another mill nic media affiliate!!!! they are the main phishers or atleast they say there affiliates are and not them hmm they post alot on this board too look for my prev posts!!

i am not against friend adder programs alot of bands use them etc i am not against using myspace for marketing as your friends expect comments and bulletins from you WHAT i hate is mills affiliates stealing peoples passwords and them sending out there spam all over the place i just recieved this today from an online seller he got his account phished and yep the spam that his account was sending out was to another mill nic affiliate (http://www.swhsh.com which is a mill redirt page) ...

Subject My Account Was Hacked... Please read message below...
Body: Please disregard any messages not related to Colombian Wear.
I am currently taking measures to correct this.
    Thank you.
    www.ColombianWear.com

so if you want to complain ask mill why he cant police his affiliates better why must they spam and steal passes!!!!! and then get the adder robots shut down and f*ck everything up for everybody else!!!

sorry just venting but really im sure mill knows whats going on but hes to busy lining his pockets with all the money from the phished accounts he just dont care

    P.S.

This is important the only way to stop it when you see the spam please right click on the link and save to your hard drive it is only a redirect page once on your hard drive open in notepad to see where it is redirecting to then you all will know who the main spammers are on myspace!!!!!!!

the people sending the spam don't even know there accounts are sending it as i siad these affiliates are stealing passwords and i hate that so people lets all find out where these links are going and starty complaining
