    I want it completely like the original.How much can cost if I pay someone to build it ?
    Can i do it with 150$ ?

    a good developer may charge minimum $500+
    but if you can find similar Theme and/or Script then you may get all in around $200 (without data/pics)

    Yeah, potentially you can find a person somewhere from India or Eastern Europe who would do this for 150$. But I'm not sure about the quality of work for such a low payment

    Have you tried elance or odesk? Please check on those freelance sites. Make sure you verify their portfolio before you engage them!

    You can try searching for freelancers on Odesk and Elance but for that much of money, don't expect some quality work. There are on the other hand freelancers from India and nearby countries who have very cheap hourly rates, but the problem with them is that they're either exceptionally good or painfully bad.
