    Hello!

no matter what I do, the comment form does not appear after the posts on my blog. I have edited all settings to show comments (but they must be approved). I have also unchecked the box that states comments would be closed after a certain period of time. No matter what I do in order to display the comment form, it does not appear. All I see is the following : " Comments On This Entry Are Closed". Am I missing something? I have also cleared the cache in Firefox, and in Explorer as well, but that made no difference.
Can anyone help me? What should I do to display the comment form? By the way, I am using the Thesis theme.

    Thank you for any help,

    Robert

Make sure you check the comment section on post/page editor view.

Never use Thesis before but any chance it has an options related to comment?
Have you tried using different theme?

Read Options Carefully in Comment settings. You have not to unclick all. Did you edit comment template in editor? if yes copy past that template from orignal template and see. Warning: Before editing anyrhing always backup your template. Try another theme and see if its working or not. If other theme show comment section then theme you using is corrupt.

    Hello!

thank you for your comments. I was able to add the comment form by doing a quick edit, allow comments. The strange thing is that I cannot find any place where to allow comments when I look at the edit post page. However, when I do a quick edit, the allow comments box appears very clearly. I haven't figured this out yet!

Look at the top right while you are on edit post/page, click that "Screen Options" drop down panel, make sure you checked the comment checkbox.
