The code to display Twitter, Google+ and FB - all w/ counters like DP top of page?

Hi all,

I would like to display the social media icons with counter on my website (not wordpress site) just like it is at top of digital point forums.

I would actually like to add LinkedIn too.

If someone has an idea how to do this I would appreciate the code. I searched all day yesterday and just found bits and pieces.
