The code in ad_network.php is wrong, Please help!!

The setup instruction tell me:
1: Create a file named ad_network_314.php in the main directory of your site (if your registered site URL is a sub-directory of the domain, it should go in that sub-directory):

Could anyone tell me the full code in "ad_network_xxx.php" file, Thanks!!!!!

 

I have to wonder if this is even supported any longer.

 

About 1 week past, No any support!!!

 

I ended up using the ad network code from one of my older sites in order to get my new site working. The coop has not had any support that I can tell, for years.
