The code for the ads on my website is upsetting my visitors

I have received complains from visitors that the banner in my header is blocking my content. I don't see this myself in any of my browsers, but I have heard it from enough people I believe it is true.

Can someone please take a look at my site, www.accountanttown.com/site and advise on how to change the code to make it so it is not doing this?

    Thanks in advance!

Banner is not blocking anything in FF.

However, the banner flows outside of the page limits while everything else stays within the page limits.

Yes, your top ad is blocking part of logo and navigation bar. My suggestion: change the styles of div right after wrap <div style="position: absolute; top: -38px; left: 250px; width: 710px; height: 110px; overflow: hidden;">

How would you recommend I change this style?
I had to put this code in as the wordpress template I was using didn't support ads in the header.
