After spending quite some time here on DP talking with publishers, answering lots of great questions and hopefully helping everyone who was looking for assistance with Chitika, I have realized most of you are already Chitika members but those who are not are not sure if Chitika would work out for you.

We have come up with a solution so you don't have to take the time to sign up to find out if Chitika will work well for you.

So what if I told you that you could submit your URL to a team of experts who will tell you LIVE whether or not any of the our products would have a chance to earn you revenue, which products you would benefit from and where on your site you earn you the most?

It is just like signing up, but without the time consuming application and months of waiting for results you are not even sure your getting.

I didn't realize there was someone from Chitika here. I would like to ask you if you are still dropping publishers for no reason and no discussion? This happened to me and since I am an honest publisher and did nothing wrong, I am still VERY bitter about it two years later. I was never paid 1 cent of the money I earned while I was in the program and when I could get someone to respond to my messages I was treated like dirt.

If things have changed at Chitika I would like to hear about it, since I know some puplishers are making quite a bit of money with you.

Actually we don't drop publishers for no reason. That wouldn't be very smart or productive on our part since it would only make our network smaller ;)

What we do not allow is fraudulent activity to run in our network. And our advertisers, and also I'm sure our publishers appreciate that very much since it protects the entire quality of the network for everyone.

We are able to intelligently detect fraudulent activity such as; repeated clicks, clicks coming from proxy servers, paid-to-read programs, traffic exchanges automatic click bots.. etc., there's lots of crazy activity out there!

Well of course there was a "reason", but it was not given to me. Nor did your company have any interest in discussing the problem. This was puzzling, since I don't comit fraud and never had. I was very willing to work with you to determine the site and source of any fraud and would have blocked IPs or entire countries (As I currently do with some sites) to solve the problem for both our sakes.

As a former publisher, I DON"T appreciate being dropped to solve a problem that was outside my knowledge or control. I have been warning publishers and those considering being a publisher that the experience I had was real, and if it could happen to me, it could happen to ANY PUBLISHER.

I invested a lot of time and became a publisher in good faith and was slapped the the face and all funds withheld from me. I may be the only honest publisher that you have dropped that did nothing wrong, but from the searches I've done in Google, it doesn't seem like it to me.

My apologies for having been through a troubling user experience.
The removal of an account is not something we take lightly and do on a whim. A careful research process is in play before an account has to be taken away.

Our customer support has fortunately been updated in the past few years for better user experiences.

Thank you for the apology. I wish I had been in contact with someone as professional as you when I had the problem with your company.
