Due to a high volume of rebuilds the downtime will last 6 to 8 hours from 9 am -10 gmt Hawaii.

No its just you. All issues were fixed yesterday. If you check vps ending in .44 you will see that your second vps works. I already found illegal programs on your vps. Don't come here complaining.
I can have all of my customers confirm that since today all vps work fine except for yours. I am not responsible for what you did to your vps. I can help but I don't appreciate what you just did. I already told you I will try and help, but once I give you the vps, if you make a mistake on it causing connection problems its not my fault. I want to help you but at this point its hard even since you speak another language not English.
I found keygens on your other vps ending in .44.

Pay close attention to the ones in red.

I will terminate your VPS upon repeated violation.
Also do you have any documentation of you attempting to contact me about this issue today? I don't see any emails or tickets. Instant Relay Chat or Any Chat has no documentation, therefore contacting me through msn isn't proper nor did I say I was providing msn support, but I did it to help you out.
