We want to contact 50 people for PlaceSpotter.com. Those people won't get any payment but we want to offer them a status of Staff member which will be a great promotion for them, their profiles will be viewed by thousands of regular members. The problem: How to legally contact 50 people to offer them that? It seems an every way is handled as spam. Do you have any idea how and where to legally contact people? Is any site where people are looking for such opportunities? Thank you

that is because we haven't launched alpha version yet, it is just an announcement. Anyway if you took a look at video it should be clear what PlaceSpotter.com is all about. We are looking for people who would introduce their living places and become part of our team. In reverse they get promotion and special status, they will be also mentioned under About us section.
Create a video on your topic and upload it to YouTube. If it's interesting people will watch. Make sure you passionately make your case for what you need and that you stress what's in it for them. Upload it to YouTube and then begin the promotion process for that video link.
Go myspace and find some person and tell them what your proposal. If they don't want to do it,you can paid them to encourage them to do this
