when he paid me he didnot write any notes or any thing and after 3 days after i have sended the custom template he make a dispute and said item not recieved i didnot response i donot know what to do ?
First try to contact your buyer and ask him about this issue. Still he refuse to reply you then you can provide proof of your dealing to paypal and hope for the best. Always check for reputation of buyer before dealing with them using Paypal DON.
if i didnot reply to the dispute they will refund him ? it is small amount i donot have the proof and i heared that if paypal knew it is digital product paypal will tell me that they donot support digital products so i will lose the dispute the buyer is scammer
If you didn't reply to this dispute then obviously they will refund him. No doubt about this. You can't do anything else now IMO. Just learn a lession thats it. DON.
Even if you have nothing to prove, it is better to respond because not responding is an admission of guilt and it may raise a red flag in your account with your future dealing. At least reply and say that you delivered via email the template and so on. Then copy and paste your email in there. It may not do anything for your case but at least it shows that you are a responsible person. Best if you have proof of delivery from DHL, UPS or Fedex which you use to send the package with the customer's signature. An Invoice and a Delivery Order would certainly help to.
Call paypal tell them it's a virtual item, and make the note in the dispute saying "Virtual items are not covered under paypals terms of service" and it should close within 5 minutes.
You can try telling Paypal it was an intangible good but most of the times Paypal just listens to the Buyer and just Refund them money. Stuff I hate about PAYPAL.
if the deal is via DP forum take a screenshots of your threads, PMs, etc. also if there is any communication via email, IM, take screenshots of those too and produce it to paypal. going forward try to use the invoicing feature in paypal which is better than regular transaction. However, the buyer can still say he hasn't received the product. But, you will have at least one proof which is paypal invoice. Mention all details like DP thread, your dp profile, buyers dp profile, clear description of the product, etc. also, get the confirmation from the buyer once you delivered it. Just my .02 Thanks
OP is talking about template deal. He sent custom template to the buyer so proof of delivery from DHL,UPS or Fedex not exist in this case eddy DON.
I know, I am just highlighting the fact that Seller's protection Policy is only in effect if the seller uses a shipping service with proof of delivery https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/UserAgreement/ua/USUA-outside#spp-policy
happened to me as well...escalate the dispute to paypal...and you win..if he claims it unauthorized you loose
no he claims he didnot recieved the item but i have an idea i will take screen shots between me and him and put them and tell him even if you didnot recieved the item here it is and i will post download link for the template :d
take the ss for your backup...paypal someday may request them to you...also go to your account and select the escalate dispute to paypal and that's it...you win he looses.since it's not a tangible good..
May be he is talking about ss - social security number .. Am i right chucky00 ?? BTW why he needs ss in this case DON.
Don't worry about anything, just login to your paypal and goto resolution center and click the button that says escalate to paypal and you will automatically win the case and it will be closed for good. Do that and you won't have to worry about it no more. It is an intangeable good, paypal does not provide assistance on intangeable goods.
did you win any case using this method?? you sure he can win the case just by clicking the buton that says escalate to paypal in the resoluition center? is that, that easy?? if what you said is true then paypal really getting better and protecting the seller as well....
try to contact the paypal , if you can't contact the buyer, give a screen shot to paypal that you deliver the item to him, always check the itrader of the person you are dealing with in order to prevent from scamming
Even if it was for a virtual item and the buyer "marked" it as a good when he sent you the payment, the buyer will win the dispute. Since you cannot provide a tracking number he will win. Sorry
i have case just like this before, and what i did i give a give a proof and after 3-5 days i won. all he need is to make a valid screen shot that telling he totally send it.
