it is definitely a bug in ad system i copied google adsense code from this site that was not showing any ad on this forum to a webpage and put that code there they are working and ads are displayed.

if the ads are showing on that link and the link is the forums, then the forums are not banned,

it's like i said, the loss of one database is putting more load on the remaining one. and i guess Shawn has either disabled the adsense to save extra load and DB quiries slowing down the site to much.

The 1st link is for forums.digitalpoint.com (NOT showing ads)
the 2nd link is for digitalpoint.com (showing ads)

It's like when google banned xxx.blogspot.com
other blogspot blogs can still use adsense, right?

Sammie you had said it best on this other thread, ( too lazy to look for the actual quote)

    But it was something like

"its easier to agree then try to convince"

I am sure it has to do with the dp

Dp ISNT just going to get banned ...

What many of the NOOBS fail to realize is that THOUSANDS of private advertisers traget these forums and urls

You think google is just going to ban the forum and yet let regular digitalpont have ads?

Come on you guys are just lookin to hard for some drama.

In fact Sammies post made sense

It probably has to do with the fact that so many people's user ids are attached to the ads or something

These is probably a db bug or something

I would seriously doubt he banned....
