    Black hat = Short Term Success
    White hat = Long term success

    Many like to get 2k and then nothing
    I prefer 1k/month long term ...

    Black Hat is only good for insane traffic and no authority what so ever, if you're gonna scrap the site after a while anyway then go for it but if you want a long lasting site i wouldn't advise it

    Black hat methods are never good unless you are someone out to rip off someone else as they only give short term gains then you have a chance of being banned or at least penalised. So yeah SEO companys who promise results then dump their client after getting the result will be ok the the good company's who stick with their client or company's who do in house optimization will only lose out in the end.

    if you are looking to make some cash for short plans than you can use black hat ways but i wouldn't prefer. If you use Black Hat stuffs for your site that you are trying to make for long term projects it wouldn't be good at all.
    So do the White Hat things the best for your site.

    There are sites that use black seo but its not good. Using it for short or long term is bad. It is a cunning way of improving your site and if google gets to know, the site will be penalized.
