    lets say roney austin get banned from adsense
    i dont think there are only one roney austin in the world
    there are maybe 1 million person with the same first and last name
    so if one get band all the people that have the same first and last name cant join adsense
    sorry about my english :(

    A lot more is taken into consideration than the name. That's why people who sign up from the same demographic area have issues. Now lets say you are Roney Austin with a twin named Roney Austin and you two live together--slim to none chance you will get an account without fighting for it.

    A Roney Austin that got banned at 1234 Marry Lane, Syndey Australia won't affect Roney Austin at 4567 Tree Drive Barcelona, Spain.

    Well you need to remember people not living in the United States don't have SSN. SSN is a great way of keeping track as well, but it doesn't work outside of the US.
