What Niche's would you recommend giving the big no-no to, to get good earnings?

I seem to be picking all of these no-no niche's

 

health, mortgage, insurance, just to name a few

 

Wait, I thought they were the best types?

We're trying to find out which ones not to go with

 

Yeah, exactly - don't go with those if you are a beginner because the competition is overwhelming.

 

Web hosting, house, real estate

 

How about the home and garden niche? It does not seem to pay well or am I wrong?

webhosting is a no no, i've tried it, you won't go far without a big budget/staff

hehe lol, I tried a bunch on these niches before lol i wish i would have made a topic like this so i wouldn't have waste my time!

 

stay away from proxies, wallpaper, celebrity sites.

 

fitness, diet, food, pay so damn crap either.

 

Try "keyword difficulty" tools such as http://www.seologs.com/keyword-difficulty.html

They'll give you a rough idea as to what niches are difficult to break into. As others said, avoid popular ones
