pablopabla -- I agree with you ("PR is likely to fluctuate because the content has changed")- especially if the niche has changed.
- Do you think niche bidding directories are More Profitable than general bidding directories (if so, Which niches do you think are the Most Profitable)?
I haven't tried it out. Anyone else care to share? Casino directories would probably be the most profitable (provided it escapes google) considering the kind of bids they put.
- I agree with you. Casino Directories are probably one of the Most Profitable niche Bidding Directories. - What about niche Bidding Directories about: Webhosting, Credit, Insurance, or Forex?
will this kind works ? main directory site dir.in sub directories forex.dir.in , insurance.dir.in etc ?
- I think that is a good idea, chandan123. Unfortunately, I also think it is over investing in one domain name ( www.Dir.in ). - I would suggest using a different domain name for each Bidding Directory niche instead ( www.ForexDomain.com, www.InsuranceDomain.com, etc. ). - What does everyone else think?
i own www.dir.in domain not yet started any serious developments as i am not thinking to sell this name so subdomains may be good idea to me
chandan123 -- That is a Very Good domain name ( www.Dir.in ), and if you are not planning on selling it, I agree ( using Subdomains for your different Bidding Directory niches may be a good idea for you ).
faralimite -- I'm glad you like this thread, and find it to be informative. - Does anyone have any ideas on how to prevent and/or overcome a Bidding Directory from being penalized by G**gle? - I was thinking about adding a Blog to the Bidding Directory homepage (directly below the Header for maximum value). - What does everyone else think?
Hi That would be a great thing to do, but how far have we worked....I mean can you be more elaborate Cheers....Rajesh
ramprop11: You're welcome- I'm glad this Thread is helpful to you... RE: Your Question (How to earn revenue from new Bidding Directories?) - Obviously, there are the Bid Amounts from each of the Link Submissions to your Bidding Directories. - You could sell Text Links and/or Advertising Space. - You could also promote Affiliate Programs. What does everyone else think? rajeshraj007: I'm not exactly sure what you are asking... - But if you are referring to how hard it is to build-up Bidding Directories, I know it isn't easy, but I think Bidding Directories are one of the best ways to generate Passive Income because: - Almost everything can be Automated. - They usually have a good Conversion Rate. - They typically use minimal Diskspace and Bandwidth. What does everyone else think?
I think that because of this thread and the new qbc that you are educating bid directories loose more of their credibility,i dont believe that any wise or experienced submmiter will submit to directories that the owner have in mind how can generate from 0$ a profit of 100$ and then move on. Anyway what i suggest is whatever u or other posters in this thread do,keep in mind to be something relatively unique, devote time, money, inspiration and knowledge and it might be a succes in the long run.
scoobby: - I agree with what you said about being "...relatively unique, devote time, money, inspiration, and knowledge..." when building Bidding Directories. What does everyone else think?
zomzom -- Welcome to DigitalPoint, and to The Bidding Directory Thread... - What does everyone think about giving a partial Credit or partial Refund back to Buyers who purchase bulk Link Submissions (as an incentive to continue Buying more Link Submissions)?
As long as your not messing with the overall bidding integrity or structure I see no problem with it. You know the "double your bids" etc. junk that goes in cycles in the solicitation forum.
